In Bleach ANime,Rukia and the other Shinigamis had CellPhones that Look for Hollows. I think that Only Captains should have them because they are Very useful to them.And in the CellPhone,you can probably Talk to soemonbe on the CellPhone.

I dont think the cellphone is necessary. First , we already can whisper to anyone in game through the whisper button... About the hollow scan , we can find hollow easily in Earth and HM lol so we dont need the cellphone to scan where the hollow is....
